About

Who We Are

We are an eclectic group of people coming together across generations, denominations, and cultures to support and encourage each other in passionately worshiping God and actively loving people.

We are sinners all, saved by grace, loved, accepted, and valued by our Heavenly Father and by each other.

We are family, and we welcome you to be, too.

Our Mission

It is our mission to

"Passionately Worship God and Actively Love People"

based on Matthew 22:36-39

Teacher, which is the greatest commandment in the Law?”  Jesus replied: “‘Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind.’  This is the first and greatest commandment. And the second is like it: ‘”Love your neighbor as yourself.'”

What To Expect

Worship services are casual at New Beginnings, and dress ranges from T-shirts to "business casual". We encourage you to arrive about 10 minutes before the service starts so you can grab a cup of coffee and prepare your heart for worship as the Praise & Worship Team plays prelude music.

We make room for our 3-part service focus of "Praise, Prayer and Preaching" by eliminating collections and limiting spoken announcements.  Instead, we have a collection box placed on the greeter's table to receive offerings discreetly, and our announcements can be found on a PowerPoint running prior to service, or on our website.

An opening call to worship and prayer begin a typical service, followed by praise and worship through singing, reading Scriptures, and sharing testimonies.  A time of prayer is led by a volunteer from the congregation before Pastor Caleb preaches a Bible-based message.

On the first Sunday of each month we celebrate communion, open to all believers in Jesus Christ, but with no pressure to participate if you don’t want to.  Services are usually a little over an hour, and most folks hang out and talk with each other afterwards.

If you have children under the age of 3, we do have a nursery area available for parents to use, but at the moment it is not staffed.  For children 3 years old through 5th grade, we have a Children’s Church lesson on our lower level most Sundays during service.  We encourage middle and high school students to join their parents in adult service.

New Beginnings is a place

… where you will feel comfortable, but also where you’ll be challenged to grow.

… where you will be blessed, but also where you can be a blessing.

… where the Word is preached boldly, but also where the truth is spoken in love.

where God is alive and at work!
